Sales Intern

Saytpro is a company operating in the field of IT and digital solutions. We provide website development, chatbots, business process automation, as well as 360-degree marketing and accounting services. We are looking for an energetic and communicative Sales Intern who wants to grow in the field of sales. This role is a great opportunity to gain deep knowledge of both sales skills and the IT industry. Responsibilities: • Respond to customer inquiries coming through the company's social media and internal channels (Instagram, WhatsApp Business, Facebook, website form, etc.) and work to close sales • Build quality communication with existing customers and offer them suitable services • Contribute to building new corporate connections via LinkedIn and other platforms • Research potential corporate clients, reach out, and support the organization of meetings • Work with the internal CRM system (full training provided) Learning and development: The first 3 months are a learning phase — during this period, with direct mentorship, you will gain broad knowledge of sales processes, CRM usage, and IT services. Depending on performance, it is possible to earn additional bonuses during this period. A successful candidate will join the team as a permanent employee after the probation period (sometimes sooner) — developing permanent team members is our main goal. Conditions: • Work schedule: 5 days a week, 10 hours a day • Fixed salary + commission from sales after the probation period • Salary and other conditions are discussed during the interview

• Age: ideally between 20-25 • Interest in sales and communication with people, energetic and proactive approach • Good communication and persuasion skills • Eager to learn, responsible, and results-oriented • Confident use of social media and digital platforms (Instagram, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, etc.) • Language skills (Azerbaijani, Russian, English) are an advantage • For candidates with sales experience, relevant conditions can be discussed during the interview (experience is not mandatory, training will be provided)
