Services
- SaytPro provides website development (corporate, e-commerce, landing pages), UI/UX design, brand identity, SEO, hosting and technical support, and chatbot integration.
- The scope, timeline and price of each project are set out in a separate written agreement.
Payment terms
- New clients pay 50% of the total project fee before work begins. The remaining balance is due on delivery.
- Payment is accepted by bank transfer, in cash or through an agreed payment system.
- Overdue invoices may lead to a notice of delayed delivery.
Delivery timeline
- The timeline is set in the project agreement. Delivering on time depends on the client providing the required materials (logo, content, access details) promptly.
- If the client causes a delay, the delivery date is revised accordingly.
Intellectual property
- Ownership of the completed website passes to the client once the project is paid in full.
- Custom design elements, code architecture and methodologies developed by SaytPro remain SaytPro's intellectual property.
- The client may not resell the deliverables to third parties.
Change requests
- A number of minor revisions (text, color, image changes) agreed in the contract are included at no extra cost.
- Change requests outside the agreed scope are priced separately.
Warranty and support
- Every project comes with 2 months of free technical support.
- The warranty covers current browsers, devices and the required services. It does not cover changes made by third-party platforms.
Limitation of liability
- SaytPro is not liable for losses caused by technical failures, third-party service outages (hosting, domain registrar) or force majeure.
- In any case, SaytPro's liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client.
Termination
- Either the client or SaytPro may terminate a project with 14 days of written notice.
- On termination, payment is due for the work completed to date; the advance payment is non-refundable.
Governing law
- These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
- Disputes are first settled through negotiation. If no agreement is reached, the courts of Baku have jurisdiction.
