Terms of Service

Legal terms governing the use of SaytPro services.

These Terms of Service apply to the use of SaytPro (saytpro.az) and all related services. By using this website, you agree to these terms.

1. Services

  • SaytPro provides: website development (corporate, e-commerce, landing pages), UI/UX design, brand identity, SEO optimization, hosting and technical support, and chatbot integration.
  • The scope, timeline, and pricing for each project are defined in a separate written agreement.

2. Payment Terms

  • New clients pay 50% of the total project fee before work begins. The remaining balance is due upon delivery.
  • Payment is accepted via bank transfer, cash, or an agreed payment system.
  • Overdue invoices may result in a delayed delivery notice.

3. Delivery Timeline

  • Timelines are specified in the project agreement. On-time delivery depends on the client providing required materials (logo, content, credentials) promptly.
  • Client-caused delays result in a revised delivery date.

4. Intellectual Property

  • Ownership of the completed website transfers to the client upon full payment.
  • Custom design elements, code architecture, and methodologies developed by SaytPro remain SaytPro's intellectual property.
  • The client may not resell the deliverables to third parties.

5. Change Requests

  • A defined number of minor revisions (text, color, image changes) are included at no additional cost as specified in the agreement.
  • Out-of-scope change requests are priced separately.

6. Warranty and Support

  • 30 days of free technical support are provided for every project.
  • Premium packages include 12 months of technical support.
  • The warranty covers current browsers, devices, and required services. No warranty is provided for third-party platform changes.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • SaytPro is not liable for losses resulting from technical failures, third-party service outages (hosting, domain registrar), or force majeure events.
  • In any case, SaytPro's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client.

8. Termination

  • Either party may terminate a project with 14 days written notice.
  • Upon termination, payment is due for work completed to date; advance payments are non-refundable.

9. Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
  • Disputes are first addressed through negotiation. If unresolved, they fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Baku.
