MB Media House
A four-language site for a London agency working in three countries

Services used
About the project
SaytPro built a corporate website for MB Media House, a digital marketing agency in London: six service pages, a journal, a portfolio and analytics that start only with the visitor's consent, in English, Azerbaijani, Russian and Turkish. The site is built with Next.js 16 and has run on the agency's own server at mbmediahouse.co.uk since October 2026.
Client
MB Media House is a digital marketing and media production agency founded in London in March 2025. It works in six areas: digital marketing, social media management, video production, Google Ads, SEO and web design, for clients in the United Kingdom, Azerbaijan and Türkiye.
Challenge
The new agency needed a site that explains its services to clients in three countries in their own languages and collects enquiries. The agency publishes no prices, prepares a proposal for each client and shows no client reviews on its site, so the site had to lead visitors to get in touch. Its logo existed only as JPEG and PNG files. For an agency that sells digital marketing, its own site is the first sample of its work: it had to load fast, be easy to find and respect visitors' privacy.
Solution
We built the site from scratch with Next.js 16. Each feature answers a need:
Four languages: the site opens in English, and the Azerbaijani, Russian and Turkish versions are equally complete. Every page has its own title and description in each language; the language follows the browser, and the visitor's choice is remembered.
Enquiries: in the contact form visitors tick the services they are interested in, and the enquiry opens as a ready message in WhatsApp or email. A WhatsApp button is on every page, and a hidden trap keeps bots out of the form.
Services, portfolio and journal: each of the six services has its own page. The portfolio shows only real work, with upcoming case studies marked "in preparation". The journal holds 10 articles in each language across six topics.
Brand: we turned the MB monogram into vector shapes and built a light, editorial design system from the agency's dark purple, purple and white. Pages appear in their final state on load: there is no intro animation, and scroll effects are pure CSS. The agency's brand film plays as a silent loop behind the headline, with a vertical version on phones.
Privacy: Google Analytics starts only after the visitor accepts in the cookie panel, and declining removes the analytics cookies. The privacy policy is available in all four languages.
Search: every page has its own share card, structured data and sitemap entry in each language, and an llms.txt file describes the agency in plain text for AI assistants.
Server: the site runs on the agency's own server. Its HTTPS scores A+ on SSL Labs (TLS 1.3, one-year HSTS), and if a new release does not respond, the server rolls back to the previous one automatically.
Copy: we wrote the copy in four languages from the information the agency provided. The agency approved its company introduction, mission and values.
Result
The site went live at mbmediahouse.co.uk in October 2026 in four languages, with 37 addresses in each. In Google PageSpeed's desktop test all four scores are 100 (performance, accessibility, best practices, SEO; 9 October 2026). Traffic and enquiry figures have not been measured yet.
