About the project
SaytPro built a two-language corporate site and an admin panel for Mepco, an engineering company in Baku. The site is calm and clear: a white background, the petrol blue of the logo and a home page that opens with a full-screen photo slider, where each slide presents one system and leads to a request. Clients send their drawings straight from the request form, and the company updates slides, projects, certificates and texts from the panel itself.
Client
Mepco is a Baku engineering company working on electrical and mechanical building systems: fire protection, electrical, low current, ventilation and climate, BMS, water and drainage, natural gas and sound insulation. It offers design, consulting, installation, testing and commissioning, and maintenance.
Challenge
The company needed a new two-language site that shows its work clearly to developers and general contractors and whose content it manages on its own. The site had to explain 8 systems and 5 services in plain words, present reference projects and the licence, and bring a client to a request with drawings in one step.
Solution
Design: a white background, the petrol blue of the logo and one typeface. Inner pages open with a photo banner, and sections alternate between white and light grey.
Photo slider: the home page opens with full-screen photos: the photo slowly zooms in, the text appears line by line, slides change every 7 seconds and swipe on phones. Each slide is tied to a system, and the company changes the slides in the panel itself.
Systems and services: the Systems menu opens a dark mega menu with all 8 systems, each with an icon and a short description. The 5 services appear on the home page as round photos, each leading to its own section.
Projects and certificates: 19 reference projects with system and sector filters. The special fire protection licence is on the certificates page, and every certificate file gets a MEPCO watermark automatically.
Requests: clients attach their drawings to the form and see the upload progress. The callback button opens WhatsApp with a ready-made message, and on phones a bar with call, WhatsApp and enquiry buttons appears at the bottom of the screen once the page scrolls. The careers page has a CV form.
Admin panel: slides, projects, systems, services, certificates, vacancies, brands, all texts, incoming requests and CVs are managed in one panel, and changes show on the site at once. The figures on the home page are not typed in by hand: they are counted from the database.
Two languages and resilience: Azerbaijani and English, with addresses named in each language. The old site's addresses redirect to the new pages, and if the API stops, the site still opens with the latest content.
Result
Work started on 15 October and mepco.az went live on 3 November 2026. The site has 35 pages in each language: 8 systems, 19 projects, services, certificates and careers. The company updates slides, projects, certificates and texts without a developer.
