About the project
SaytPro built a four-language B2B catalog site and an admin panel for Comfy Trading, a sourcing company in Yiwu, China. SaytPro also entered the products: 4,674 items were extracted from the client's 66 supplier catalogs, each with a name, description and specifications in Azerbaijani, Russian, English and Chinese, and 5,857 photos were prepared. Buyers see prices in their own currency and order through WhatsApp with a ready-made message.
Client
Comfy Trading is a sourcing company working in Yiwu, China, since 2019. It finds products in Chinese factories for buyers from Azerbaijan and the CIS, checks samples, follows production and arranges delivery.
Challenge
The company's range sat in the catalogs of dozens of factories: PDF, Excel and PowerPoint files. It needed a site that shows the whole range in one place, works in four languages and lets the client manage thousands of products on its own. The biggest job was moving those catalogs onto the site.
Solution
Catalog processing: SaytPro extracted 4,674 products from 66 supplier catalogs. Each product got a name, a short description and up to 12 specifications in four languages, 5,857 photos were cropped and cleaned, and the products were sorted into 16 categories and written to the database in four batches.
Admin panel: products, categories, photos, exchange rates and enquiries are managed in one place, and every change shows on the site at once. New products can also be added with an Excel template.
Four languages: Azerbaijani, Russian, English and Chinese. Search works in all four and by model code.
Ordering: prices are shown in USD, AZN and CNY, and every product has a WhatsApp order button with a ready-made message.
PDF catalogs: the server rebuilds them whenever the catalog changes.
For China: no external fonts, maps or video embeds, so the site can open from China.
Result
comfy.az went live in October 2026. Each of the more than 4,600 products in the catalog has its own page in four languages, open to search engines. The client updates products, prices and exchange rates from the panel and received a written panel guide and a narrated video guide.
